PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a second management center to obtain predetermined information from a demander-side system without placing burdens on the second management center and the demander-side system even in a structure comprising the second management center provided separately from a (first) management center and connected to a communication network. SOLUTION: The management center 1A including a center device 11A, a plurality of management centers 2 provided separately therefrom, and demander-side systems 3A and 3B including a data terminal 31 for obtaining predetermined information are connected to the communication network including the Internet 40, and communication terminals 32A and 32B for transferring the information obtained in the data terminal 31 through the communication network to the management center 1A are provided on the demander-side systems 3A and 3B to constitute the communication system. The center device 11A is adapted to receive the information for the management centers 1A and 2 obtained in the data terminal 31 of the demander-side systems 3A and 3B through the communication network and retain the information for the management centers 2 of the information concerned to be deliverable or downloadable to the second management centers 2.
