PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trigger voltage for strobe light emission from leaking to screws fixing upper and lower covers. SOLUTION: A strobe light emission part 22 is held between an upper cover 20 and a lower cover 21. The upper cover 20 is provided with a boss 20a, and the lower cover 21 is provided with a screw attachment part 21a. A recessed part 21b with which the boss 20a is to be engaged, a screw insertion hole 21c through which a screw 23 is inserted, and a screw attaching hole 21d are formed in the screw attachment part 21a. The screw 23 is inserted through the screw insertion hole 21c from the screw attaching hole 21d with the boss 20a engaged with the recessed part 21b, and the front end of the screw 23 projecting from the screw insertion hole 21c is fitted to the boss 20a.
