PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound usable as a solidifying antigen in an immunoassay as an alternative to dioxins, and to provide the immunoassay using the compound. SOLUTION: The immunoassay for dioxins involves using a 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyalkylamide derivative of formula(II)( wherein, (n) is an integer of 1-10; and Z is a carrier compound or labeling substance ) as an antigen for competitive immunoassay. This compound is nontoxic and specific to the dioxins, being bindable to a wide range of dioxin isomers, therefore affording the objective safe and simple dioxin immunoassay.
