PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder of food packaging film capable of using as an advertisement medium and also capable of preventing a film from rolling in and preventing dust, trash, filthy water or the like from entering in a container at the time of opening or shutting of a container cover. SOLUTION: The holder of food packaging film is provided with sandwiching pieces in an appropriate position of a flat body through a bent part.
