PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin container which is excellent in stability of a content, and a cosmetic substance composition which is housed in the resin container showing a high barrier property under a high humidity, and can prevent a blended phenoxy ethanol from deteriorating. SOLUTION: This resin container comprises a laminated resin sheet including a polyester based resin layer of a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), a polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) and so forth having a high gas barrier property under a high humidity.
