PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box for a rodlike cosmetic tool or a cosmetic which can be manufactured of an ordinary material at a normal cost and can receive in a stable storage position and/or storage posture of the tool and the cosmetic. SOLUTION: The packaging box for the rodlike cosmetic tool or the cosmetic receives the tool or the cosmetic, and has a transparent window through which at least part of the tool or the cosmetic can be viewed from the outside. The box has a pressing tongue for pressurizing the received tool or the cosmetic in the direction of the window for stabilizing the storage position and/or the storage posture of the tool or the cosmetic.
