PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously mixing powder with liquid by which the deposition, the heating and the change of quality of the mixture in a mixing chamber are prevented, the production or the maintenance in the mixing chamber is facilitated, the apparatus is continuously operated through a long period and equipment cost is reduced in the contiuous supply of the powder and the liquid to the mixing chamber provided with a rotary mixing disk to obtain the uniform mixing fluid of powder with the liquid by the rotary mixing disk. SOLUTION: In the apparatus 20 constituted so hat the powder and the liquid are continuously supplied to the mixing chamber provided with the rotary mixing disk 21 to obtain the uniform mixing fluid of powder with the liquid by the rotary mixing disk 21, a non-metal made sleeve 40 made of a non-metallic material low in heat generation caused by friction is attached to be exchangeable onto the inner surface parts 23a and 24a of the mixing chamber 22.
