<p>Dental composition comprising at least one calcium salt, at least one essential amino acid and sodium alginate. The calcium salt can be selected from the group of calcium phosphates, calcium carbonates, or a mixture thereof. Between the calcium phosphates monocalcium phosphate is preferred, whereas the sodium alginate can have either low or intermediate viscosity sodium alginates, i.e. having a viscosity of a 2% solution respectively of 250 and 3500 cps or intermediate values between them. The composition is extremely effective, in particular osteconductor, osteinductive; well tolerated, i.e. biocompatible/ biotolerable / easily absorbable; simply usable, i.e. with good manipulation/ mechanical features; easy, i.e. that can be used in various formulations and vehicle for drugs and growth factors; that can be used practically in the medical practice, i.e. sterilizable/ easy conservable/ not expensive).</p> |
