The assembly is for vehicles having driven front and rear wheels, with drive momentum transmitted via a first and a second differential. The momentum is distributed to the differentials by a center shaft differential (36). This and the first differential (38) are positioned directly next to each other in a common differential housing (18) via two roller bearings (80,82), and both are e.g. planetary gears. An inner roller bearing assembly (84,86) is located between the bearings. The assembly is integrated in a transverse front-mounted drive arrangement with engine and change speed gear box, in the housing of the gear box.
