The temperature of the hydrogen occlusion alloy in a hydrogen storage tank (20) is higher than the temperature during steady operation of the fuel cell (30) if the hydrogen is supplied from a hydrogen supply unit (90) at a predetermined pressure. An independent claim is also included for hydrogen storage method.
