摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a battery by welding a stainless steel or aluminum can by using a pulsed laser and its welding method are provided, to allow the welding to be performed rapidly without the change of characteristics of an electrolyte solution even with a small heat input. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of simultaneously injecting an electrolyte solution and a solid internal component into a battery case; and designing and preparing an electrolyte solution injection hole-free battery cover for reducing the heat input. The battery case and the cover is made of stainless steel, the heat input is reduced in the sealing welding process to improve the sealing property of internal components, and the welding is carried out by using a pulsed laser. Also the battery case and the cover is made of aluminum or its alloy, the heat input is reduced in the sealing welding process to improve the sealing property of internal components, and the welding is carried out by using a pulsed laser and a diode laser.
