<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information required by a user to be easily read in a hot water supply apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In this hot water storing type hot water supply apparatus, a console board for a kitchen is provided with various switches and a dot matrix-type display part 40. Normally the information on an operation mode, the present time, the hot water set temperature, and the hot water storing quantity are displayed on the display part 46. When the navigation switch is operated predetermined number of times by a user, it enters the state of setting a highlighting display mode, and in this state, when a temperature drop switch is pressed within three seconds, the available hot water quantity is highlighted and displayed on the whole display part 46. After that, when a temperature drop switch is pressed within three seconds, the highlighting display of the quantity of hot water used in the past, the highlighting display of the present time, the highlighting display of the hot water set temperature, and the highlighting display of quantity of hot water stored are switched in order.
