<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a previous polycarbonate resin sheet for manufacturing a display tends to deteriorate gradually, can not maintain the performance initially obtained, and tends to cause an obstacle when accurately registering a color filter layer of each color, forming color filter layers, since the coefficient of linear expansion of a substrate is not sufficiently small. <P>SOLUTION: A polycarbonate resin sheet suitable for application to a display substrate having good heat resistance, or the like, and excellent in dimensional stability can be obtained by forming a sheet using a polymerized compound having a bisphenol skeleton in which a propane part of bisphenol A is substituted with an alicyclic hydrocarbon and irradiating the sheet with ionizing radiation to cause crosslinking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
