PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration analysis apparatus for easily, rapidly, and accurately estimating a structure to be measured by automatically removing a part, where noise is contained, in measuring vibration signals and analyzing a part, where no noise is contained, in the measuring vibration signals, and to provide an automatic detection method for an analysis section in vibration measuring by using the vibration analysis apparatus. SOLUTION: While a vibration generating means (exciter 3) applies vibration at a specific oscillation frequency to a measuring target (for example, ground 1) for vibrating the measuring target. the vibration of the measuring target is measured by a vibration measuring means (vibration measuring apparatus 4) for outputting a measuring vibration signal, a part having a noise vibration signal exceeding a specific level is removed from the measuring vibration signal by an analysis means (vibration analysis means 5) as a noise removal vibration signal, and then the noise removal vibration signal is analyzed to estimate the structure to be measured.
