PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust an air gap between a fixed core and a movable core without providing several varieties of connection members, and to obtain desired vibration-proof properties in an active type vibration-proof supporting device. SOLUTION: The device consists of an elastic body 14 supporting a vibration body E elastically, a liquid chamber 24 demarcated by the elastic body 14, a movable member 20 that changes the volume of the liquid chamber 24, and an actuator 31 that drives the movable member 20. The actuator 31 is electromagnetically constructed of a fixed core 33, a movable core 53 connected to the movable member 20 and placed opposedly to the fixed core 33 through an air gap g, and a coil 39 generating electromagnetic attraction between both fixed and movable cores 33, 53.
