PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coated rubber layer of plate pieces 10a, 10b from being scratched when the plate pieces 10a, 10b are bent, with respect to an assembling apparatus of an engine mount constituted so that a vibration-preventive member 5 is assembled in a bracket 1 by bending the plate pieces 10a, 10b protruded to the vibration-preventive member 5 along the cross sectional shape of an engaging part 4 of the bracket 1. SOLUTION: The plate pieces 10a, 10b are bent by shifting rollers 92a, 92b brought into contact with the plate pieces 10a, 10b in the direction along the cross sectional shape of the engaging part 4 toward the tip end side from the base end side of the plate pieces 10a, 10b. In this case, the rollers 92a, 92b are held so as to be able to rotate around the axis extended to the direction in parallel with the surfaces of the plate pieces 10a, 10b and orthogonal to the shifting direction.
