METHOD FOR PRODUCING REINFORCING FIBER SHEET, REINFORCING FIBER SHEET AND APPLICATION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a reinforcing fiber sheet, useful as a recycling (reclaiming) method of a waste material of a stampable sheet with a skin, used for a ceiling material or the like for an automobile; and to provide the reinforcing fiber sheet and application thereof. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber sheet is produced by using (A) a pulverized product obtained by pulverizing a laminated molded product having a base material comprising a porous molded product obtained by partially binding inorganic reinforcing fibers to each other by a thermoplastic resin and having voids among the fibers, and a fibrous skin stuck to the surface of the base material so as to have 2-10 mmϕpulverized diameter, and (B) a discontinuous fiber having a fiber length longer than the pulverized diameter of the pulverized product and being a single fiber in an aqueous dispersion, in a specific proportion of the amounts.
