PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a plate material to a floor joist; to enhance workability for installing and removing an optional plate material; and to facilitate manufacture in a plate material fixture for fixing the long size plate material having a groove on a side surface to the floor joist. SOLUTION: This plate material fixture is composed of a fixed part 20, and a movable part 30 separable from the fixed part. The fixed part 20 has at least a foundation part 22 provided with a fixing means 23 for fixing the plate material fixture to the floor joist, and a rail-like fixed side connecting part 21 rising from the foundation part 22. The movable part 30 has at least a movable side connecting part 31 connected with the fixed side connecting part 21, and a collar part 32 overhanging to one side of the movable side connecting part 31. The fixed side connecting part 21 and the movable side connecting part 31 have a guide means 50 for restricting the movable direction of the movable part 30 to the fixed part 20 in the direction parallel to the groove of the plate material.
