PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based resin made multi-layered foamed sheet having a high foaming ratio and beautiful appearance. SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin made multi-layered foamed sheet has a resin layer (1) and a resin layer (2) on a propylene-based resin made foamed sheet (3) each obtained by a co-extrusion method using a T-die. The foaming ratio of the foamed layer is not less than 2.5. The foamed layer (3), the resin layer (1) and the resin layer (2) contain not less than 10wt.% of a linear propylene-based polymer (a) satisfying MT(190)≥7.52×MFR(230)<SP>(-0.576)</SP>wherein MT(190) is melt tension at 190°C and MFR(230) is a melt flow rate at 230°C.
