PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a capacitor, which is of high capacitance and whose variation of capacitance value is little, on a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The method includes a base-electrode forming process which forms a pair of base electrodes 2 thinner than a predetermined thickness opposite each other sandwiching a clearance 3 on a surface of the board 5, a base filling process which fills a capacitive matter into the clearance 3, an electrode laminating process which laminates an electrode layer on the surface of the base electrode 2 to form a new pair of base electrodes opposite each other sandwiching the clearance 3, and a laminating layer filling process which fills a conductive matter into the clearance of the new pair of the base electrodes. The electrode laminating process and laminated layer filling process are carried out as a group more than one time so that the total of thickness of the base electrode and new laminated base electrodes is a predetermined thickness, and so that a relation between an electrode pattern width w and the total thickness meets a formula 5w≤h.
