PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ferrite magnet by using a magnetic field granule material by which magnetic characteristics of the ferrite magnet can be improved. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ferrite magnet is provide with a preforming step for pressurizing/forming ferrite powder while applying a magnetic field to it in the direction perpendicular to the direction of pressurization, a crushing step for crushing a preformed material obtained by the preforming step for obtaining a granule material, a main forming step for pressurizing/forming the granule material obtained by the crushing step while applying a magnetic field to it and a step for sintering the formed material obtained by the main forming step.
