PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly precision by positioning a first housing, a fixed scroll and a second housing respectively and reduce assembly man-hour. SOLUTION: This scroll type compressor includes a pair of first hole parts 110a, 110b formed on a front surface part 109 of a first housing 32, a pair of second hole parts 114a, 114b formed on the fixed scroll 40, and a pair of third hole parts 116a, 116b formed on the second housing 34. The first housing 32, the fixed scroll 40 and the second housing 34 are fastened as one body under a condition of being positioned at predetermined locations by providing positioning pins 112a, 112b commonly attached to the first, the second, and the third hole parts 110a, 110b, 114a, 114b, 116a, 116b.
