PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize significant cost reduction in manufacturing side view mirrors for vehicles by converting actuator units applied to the side view mirrors with large visors and large mirror holder swing angles to side view mirrors with small visors and small mirror holder swing angles. SOLUTION: The central position of an adjustment pivot 5 for changing the angle of the mirror 1 is located retracted from a flat surface passing through the center of a center pivot 4 in parallel to the face of the mirror 1 toward the actuator unit 7 side by a fixed distance.
