The device has two and three-dimensional physical dimension lengths which combines optically and tactile touchable measuring methods by systematic measuring of both measuring methods. The device exhibits optical-tactile scanable measuring surfaces, with a surface texture homogeneously arranged, half spherical recesses and collections within the range of (depending upon manufacturing processes) from a few nanometers to approximately 50 micrometers.
