A packaging film composed of at least three layers, i.e., an inner layer, interlayer, and outer layer, wherein the interlayer is made of a polyethylene resin composition comprising (M-1) 20 to 75 wt.% ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer having an MFR of 0.1 to 100 g/10 min and a density of 0.90 to 0.940 g/cm<3>, (M-2) 20 to 70 wt.% high-density polyethylene having an MFR of 0.001 to 50 g/10 min and a density of 0.942 to 0.97 g/cm<3>, and (M-3) 5 to 20 wt.% high-pressure-process low-density polyethylene having an MFR of 0.01 to 20 g/10 min . The packaging film is excellent in heat-sealing strength, gloss, modulus, and impact strength and is thin and tough.
