PURPOSE: A body mount is provided to improve steering stability during off-road traveling, and to enhance riding comfort during traveling on the expressway by regulating the spring characteristic of the body mount according to travel condition of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A body mount(200) is composed of an upper mount rubber(27) inserted between a lower part(2) of an underbody and a mount bracket(11) connected to a frame(1), a lower mount rubber(28) contacted and installed in the lower part of the mount bracket, an inner spacer(30) installed in the middle of the mount rubber and an assembling member(210) integrally combined by penetrating the centers of parts. A variable tightening nut(220) is combined with the upper part of the assembling member in the upper part of the underbody, and an actuator(230) is installed in the upper part of the variable tightening nut to tighten and loosen the variable tightening nut. The length of the inner spacer is variably adjusted with the actuator.
