CONTACT ROLL CLEANING DEVICE OF STRIP GRINDER TO PREVENT POLISHING ERROR

PURPOSE: A contact roll cleaning device of a strip grinder is provided to prevent a polishing error due to foreign substances of a surface of a contact roll by recovering rapidly the surface of the contact roll without separating a polishing belt. CONSTITUTION: An oil injection unit(10) is installed to the longitudinal direction of a top part of a contact roll(2) in order to inject the polishing oil to the contact roll. The first and the second foreign substance removal blades(21,22) are elevated by the first and the second cylinders. A horizontal moving block is moved to the longitudinal direction of the contact roll. The first and the second foreign substance removal blades are moved to the longitudinal direction of the contact roll in order to remove foreign substances from the surface of the contact roll.
