PURPOSE: A method and a system for automatically registering device certification information are provided to efficiency prevent a home device in a specified group from being accessed from other group or an external device and allow access to only the home devices inside the group by automatically grouping the home device used in the group and controlling the access to the home device for each group. CONSTITUTION: A certification manager(301) discriminates the devices(102,103) allowing the access between home devices and the devices not allowed, and controls the access between home devices through certification. A user information collecting server(200) obtains a group ID by comparing the information for the home device obtained from the certification manager with the user information registered to databases(201,202).
