<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photochromic layered product which has a photochromic coating layer having high adhesibility provided on a thermoplastic resin substrate having a light translucencies like a plastic lens and has satisfactory optical characteristics, photochromic characteristics, and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The photochromic layered product comprises; the substrate made of a thermoplastic resin having a light transmission property like polycarbonate resin; a crosslinking resin layer which is formed on the surface of the substrate and contains 20 to 40 mass% inorganic colloid particles; and a photochromic coating layer formed on the surface of the crosslinking resin layer. Though this layered product has the layer showing photochromic properties formed by a coating method, whitening or swelling of the surface of the substrate made of the thermoplastic resin are suppressed not to damage excellent optical characteristics of the substrate, and adhesibility of the photochromic coating layer is high and the layered product is superior in durability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
