<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water drop from intruding into a junction box body from a die cutting hole at a cover latch part. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure for an electric junction box 1 where a swelling part 12 is formed on the circumferential wall of the junction box body 2, the latch 14 part and the die cutting hole 17 for molding the latch part are provided on the inside of the swelling part 12 and the latching part 13 of a cover 7 engages with the latch part 14, an intermediate cover 5 is fixed to the inside of the circumferential wall of the junction box body 2, and a protrusion 20 entering the inner space 15 of the swelling part 12 to close the inner space is provided on the outer circumferential side of the intermediate cover 5. The latch part 14 is formed to project inward of the junction box body 2. A circuit board assembly is contained on the inside of the junction box body 2, the intermediate cover 5 is fixed to the outside of the circuit board assembly, a component 6 is mounted on the outside of the intermediate cover 5 and a component cover 7 is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
