<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acoustic fluid machine whose usages are expanded and manufacturing costs are reduced by making an acoustic resonance tube as short as possible as compared with the diameter of a piston. <P>SOLUTION: The acoustic fluid machine 1 is provided with the piston 5, which is made to axially reciprocate fast through a driving source source while having a very small amplitude, inside a large-diameter base end of the acoustic resonance tube 1, and sucks gas into the acoustic resonance tube 1 through pressure variation in the acoustic resonance tube 1 accompanying the reciprocal movement of the piston 5 and discharges the gas from a small-diameter tip. Here, the distance between the tip of the acoustic resonance tube 1 and the surface of the piston 5 is made as constant as possible over the entire surface of the piston 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
