<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wire harness with a high reliability that facilitates an underwrapping operation with an adhesive tape while preventing the degradation of the dimensional accuracy of the wire harness and a cable routing workablity, and to provide an auxiliary tool for tape wrapping. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness W/H in which a cable bundle 6 is protected by a protector 1A and a corrugated tube 5 is obtained by a cable routing step for performing the cable routing of a plurality of lines of cables 6a in the predetermined cable routing mode, a tape underwrapping step for performing an underwrapping on a region 45 corresponding to the opening end of the corrugated tube 5 on the cable bundle 6 with an adhesive tape 46, a tube attaching step for attaching the corrugated tube 5 on the cable bundle 6, a tape wrapping step for tape wrapping on the perimeter of the corrugated tube 5 so that a slit 5b may not be opened except for a non-tape wrapping region 47 fixed at the harness pull-out end of a protector 1A, and a protector attaching step for attaching a protector body 2A and a lid 3A on a protector attached zone of the cable bundle 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
