<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visit-supporting system, device and method as well as program thereof for supporting efficient visit work. <P>SOLUTION: A person, in charge of visiting, accesses a visiting management device 100 by using a visit staff's terminal 200, after the completion of the visiting and registers a report on visit completion. The management device 100 grasps the current position and a moving means of the visit staff, and selects the moving destination to which the person in charge should next visit, based on the grasped facts. The management device 100 presents map information to the visiting destination and information regarding the selected visiting destination to the staff's terminal 200.
