<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output electronic medical records which are easy for a patient to understand by a medical examination support device. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic medical records for a patient 10 include a medical examination record portion 12, a keyword list portion 14 where technical terms included in the medical examination records are arranged and a technical term contents portion 16 where the contents of the respective technical terms are described. The medical record portion 12 is configured so as to be outputted by a conventional electronic medical record system, and the medical examination contents by a doctor or the like are written by using professional predicates. The keyword list portion 14 is configured to extract and arrange technical terms which seem difficult for a patient to understand from the medical examination portion 12 by automatic retrieval.
