<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an allocation process without causing stock shortage even if article orders are allocated at the time of settlement. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary order allocation process part 11 temporarily allocates article orders at the expected time of article purchase and updates the display of the number of articles in stock via a display updating part 13.
