HIGH TRANSMISSIVITY CONDUCTIVE FILM, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, TOUCH PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE WITH TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent high transmissivity conductive film usable even in the lower substrate of a touch panel and to also provide the touch panel reduced in thickness and weight, low in cost and having high visibility or a display device with the touch panel.

SOLUTION: The high transmissivity conductive film is constituted by laminating a high refractive index layer having a refractive index higher than that of a polymer film preferably having a retardation value of 20 nm or below and an intermediate layer having a refractive index lower than that of the high refractive index layer on at least one surface of the polymer film and further forming a transparent conductive film on the surface of the intermediate layer. The high refractive index layer is formed of fine inorganic particles and a cured material of a polymerizable monomer. The touch panel or the display device with the touch panel are manufactured using the high transmissivity conductive film.
