<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector improving contact failure to improve yield. <P>SOLUTION: This connector is equipped with a plug comprising a connection part projecting from a measured-specimen mounting board, a plurality of upper contact reads provided on an upper surface of the connection part and each electrically connected to a terminal of a measured specimen, and a plurality of lower contact reads provided on a lower surface of the connection part and each electrically connected to a terminal of the measured specimen so as severally correspond to the plurality of upper contact reads. A tester is equipped with a hollow socket housing capable of accommodating the plug, a plurality of upper connection terminals disposed so as to severally confront the plurality of upper contact reads disposed on an upper surface of an inner wall of the socket housing, a plurality of lower connection terminals disposed so as to severally confront the plurality of lower contact reads disposed on a lower surface of the inner wall of the socket housing, and sockets 4a to 4c each having a plurality of short-circuit wires for severally short-circuiting the plurality of upper and lower connection terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
