PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a speaker, which can easily assembly the speaker at room temperature and can remarkably reduce the manufacture cost, and to provide a speaker of good quality. SOLUTION: At the time of assembling the speaker 1 consisting of a magnetic circuit 5, a frame 6, a damper 10, a voice coil 8, a diaphragm 11, an edge 12, and a tinsel wire for signal input 13; a process for integrating at least a pot yoke 2, a magnet 3 and a pole piece 4 constituting a magnetic circuit, a process for integrating an outer peripheral part of the damper 10 where an inner peripheral part is bonded and fixed to a bobbin 9 of the voice coil to a prescribed part of a frame, a process for integrating an outer peripheral part of the diaphragm 11 bonded/fixed to the bobbin 9 of the voice coil with a prescribed part of the frame through an edge, and a process for integrating one end of the tinsel wire for signal input 13 to a lead line of the voice coil 8 and the other end to a terminal 7, are performed by ultrasonic compound oscillating bonding.
