PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sense of discomfort caused by an output change in power source that is associated with the slide of a transmission mechanism. SOLUTION: This cooperation control device for the power source and the transmission mechanism of a vehicle is constituted such that the transmission mechanism is attached to the output side of the power source that generates a drive force for traveling, and a drive torque adjusting mechanism that increases and decreases a drive torque not via the transmission mechanism is provided to the cooperation control device. The cooperation control device comprises drive torque control means (steps S4, S9) that control the drive torque adjusting mechanism based on the change in the output of the power source, when the output of the power source is changed associated with the behavior of the transmission mechanism.
