PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device which can erase data earlier even slightly before the data of the information terminal is leaked, and to provide its program and a method for performing security. SOLUTION: The method for performing the security includes the password storing step of storing a specific password and the like together with a password and the like, a log-on reception step of displaying words for guiding to input the specific password and the like when the password and the like is unknown, a log-on decision step of deciding whether the input password and the like coincides with the stored password and the like or not, and a dummy log-on decision step of deciding whether the input password and the like coincides with the stored specific password and the like or not. The method further includes a log-on recognition step of recognizing whether the log-on is recognized or not, and a securing processing step of performing the security process when it is decided that the input password and the like coincide with the stored specific password and the like.
