PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conducting thin film laminate which hardly flocculates silver atoms in a thin film layer mainly composed of silver even in the presence of a chloride ion in comparison with a conventional laminate, and curtails reduction in transparency and conductivity, and also to provide a transparent electrode and an electromagnetic wave barrier filter having less dot-like defect. SOLUTION: This thin film laminate is preferably composed of a transparent substrate 10, a transparent thin film layer with a high refractive index 20, and a silver alloy thin film layer 30 containing indium and tin.
