PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disc device with which costs can be reduced regarding the magnetic disc device having: a base on which magnetic discs, a spindle motor for rotating and driving the magnetic discs, magnetic heads for reading/writing data from/to the magnetic discs and an actuator for moving the magnetic heads to a targeted track for the magnetic discs are arranged inside; and a board is arranged on an external surface of the base through a gap. SOLUTION: Between the base 101 and the board 113, an elastic material 115, which has gas permeability for blocking the floating particles in the air is arranged by pressure contact so that the opening of a through-hole 101a formed on the base 101 is closed.
