PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a power source part which has high reliability and whose temperature rise value is suppressed. SOLUTION: The display device is equipped with a casing 40 having a 1st lower air vent 36 and a 1st upper air vent 38 formed, a liquid crystal display part which is arranged on the front side in the casing 40, a 1st power source part 15 which is arranged on the rear side in the casing 40 and supplies electric power to a back light of the liquid crystal display part, and a 1st cooling fan 23 which is arranged on the rear side in the casing 40 to be disposed nearby the 1st upper air vent 38; and a 1st circuit board 25 constituting the 1st power source part 15 is arranged slantingly to a 1st flank 42 of the casing 40.
