PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping cover device internally provided with an insertion passage for an electric wire, piping or the like connecting an indoor machine, an outdoor machine or the like of an air conditioner and an air flow passage for circulating air for covering and protecting a bent part of the electric wire, piping or the like, and simply and surely cleaning an insect screen or the like from outside. SOLUTION: The insertion passage 3 for the electric wire, piping 2 or the like connecting the indoor machine, outdoor machine or the like of the air conditioner and the air flow passage 4 for circulating the indoor and outdoor air are internally provided, a piping cover body 1, one end 1a of which is communicated and connected with an opening 7 of a through-hole 6 provided in a wall and the other end 1b of which is communicated and connected with another piping cover along the wall from the opening 7, for covering and protecting the bent part K of the electric wire, piping or the like, a ventilation hole 8 supplying and exhausting the air of the air flow passage 3 is provided on a position corresponding to the opening part, a ventilation hole cover 9 extending in vertical direction to cover the ventilation hole is provided, and the insect screen 11 for preventing the entering of insects on a lower end 10 of the ventilation hole cover.
