摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an assembly man-hour and the number of the parts by integrally forming a boss-shaped projecting part 56 where the one end surface functions as a fully closed stopper 7 and the other end surface functions as a fully opened stopper 8 by resin forming, and simultaneously restrain both the fully closed position and the fully opened position of a throttle valve 1 at the one boss-shaped projection part 56. SOLUTION: The throttle device is provided with the fully closed stopper 7 which locks a resin made disc part 20 of the throttle valve 1 at the fully closed position of the throttle valve 1 at a bore wall part 6 of a throttle body 5, namely, the boss-shaped projection part 56 integrally formed on a passage wall surface of an intake passage by resin forming when the throttle valve 1 rotates in the fully closed direction, and the fully opened stopper 8 which locks a resin made disc part 20 of the throttle valve 1 at the fully opened position of the throttle valve 1 when the throttle valve 1 rotates in the fully opened position of the throttle valve 1.
