PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin composition odorless, excellent in hardness, flexibility, heat resistance, impact resistance at a low temperature, and powder slash molding properties, and suitable for an automotive interior skin material. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition contains (A) polypropylene in an amount of 1-40 wt%, (B) a styrene-based rubber in an amount of 10-50 wt%, (C) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber in an amount of 10-50 wt%, (D) a processing oil in an amount of 1-20 wt%, and (E) a polypropylene wax in an amount of 1-30 wt% based on 100 wt% of the composition.
