<p>In a cylinder tube (4) in an air cylinder with damping mechanism slides a piston (10). Two connections (12,14) are provided for feed and outlet of air under pressure and the piston separates two pressure chambers (20,22). An outlet (24,26) connects the pressure chambers and is arranged in a position corresponding to at least one of the two connections in the cylinder tube, being closer to the end of the new cylinder tube than the connections. Speed regulating devices (28,30) stop the piston in a damped manner by limiting the outlet air flow from the pressure chamber and are connected with the outlet. Several sealing rings for the piston (40,41,42) fix the two pressure chambers by contact and sliding along the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder tube and are arranged in the outer peripheral surfaec of the piston.</p> |
