The sports shoe has a plastics sole (1) with one or more raised support surfaces (3 to 5) with countersunk threaded sockets (6) for screw-in studs. The support surface has a geometric shape so that the sockets are positioned such that several interchangeable sets of different studs or traction elements (7 to 10) can be screwed therein. The traction elements can be made from elastomer compound, cast aluminium or titanium alloy. The sole, support surface and traction elements can be made of different colours.
