PURPOSE: A sealing device of a rotation shaft is provided to improve durability, cooling efficiency and sealing property. CONSTITUTION: A housing portion(200) is formed with receiving grooves to insert a plurality of sealing members. A flange portion(300) is attached to the rear end of the housing portion. A sleeve(7) is mounted with a hollow hole to insert a rotation shaft(100). A plurality sealing portions is placed in outer circumference of the sleeve. A collar portion(14) is connected to a front end of the housing to prevent escaping of the sleeve.
