<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for dye-sensitized solar cells that has a sufficiently low resistance value, prevents corrosion caused by an electrolyte, and effectively increases photoelectric conversion efficiency in the dye-sensitized solar cells. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode 10 for dye-sensitized solar cells has an auxiliary electrode 12 that is provided between a substrate 11 and a transparent conductive film 13, and is made of metal with a resistance value lower than the transparent conductive film 13 or an alloy mesh.
